Celtic English Academy - Operations Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, leadership and problem-solving, and who enjoys supporting people and programmes behind the scenes.
As an Operations Assistant, you will be a key member of the Junior Programme leadership team. You will support the planning, setup and delivery of our summer centres, working closely with the Centre Manager and wider team to ensure that students and staff feel supported, safe and well-informed throughout the programme.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, creating positive student experiences and ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced international environment.

As the Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the summer centre, supporting staff and ensuring students feel safe, welcomed and engaged throughout their stay. You will coordinate activities, manage schedules and respond to any issues that arise, helping create a well-organised and enjoyable environment where students can learn, connect and make the most of their time at Celtic English Academy.

Celtic English Academy - Centre Manager

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people, bringing energy to group activities and creating memorable experiences for international students.

As a Summer Activity Leader, you will help plan and deliver a variety of activities, events and excursions for students throughout their stay. You will support students during activities, encourage participation and help create a welcoming and inclusive environment where students can build friendships, practise their English and enjoy their summer at Celtic English Academy.
