TSB Engineering - Admin Assistant

As the Admin Assistant, you will play an important part in keeping the day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. You will support the Senior Business Manager and work closely with the Business Owner, helping to make sure jobs are scheduled, records are accurate and customers receive a professional service.
Your role will involve coordinating work for engineers, managing orders, updating compliance information and supporting customers and suppliers. This requires someone organised, reliable and comfortable managing a varied workload. Clear communication and a professional approach will be important, as you will build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
